Reaching the elevator involves steps. According to the City of Milan’s accessibility guide, a stair lift with a wheelchair platform covers the 14 steps up to the mezzanine. From there, a ramp with a 3% slope or two steps lead to the ticket office, the elevator and the restrooms.

The elevator door is 80 cm wide, the cabin measures 135 by 145 cm, and the control panel has raised buttons. Two parking spaces for holders of a disabled parking permit are about 10 metres from the entrance.
